Welcome to ImgSEO (“ImgSEO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and AI-powered image SEO optimization services. By accessing or using ImgSEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ImgSEO provides AI-powered tools for optimizing product images, generating SEO-friendly filenames, titles, alt text, tags, and related metadata for e-commerce sellers. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use this service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

You retain ownership of all images, product data, text, and other content you upload to ImgSEO. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system performance, reverse engineer the service, or use the platform for harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

ImgSEO may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include monthly usage limits, premium features, and priority processing. Prices, limits, and features may change over time. Continued use of a paid plan constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

All software, branding, interface design, logos, features, workflows, and proprietary technology related to ImgSEO remain the exclusive property of ImgSEO. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

We aim to provide reliable access to the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect access.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgSEO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in prohibited activity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
