ImgSEO offers digital subscription-based services, including free and paid plans with different usage limits and features. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and included limits displayed at the time of purchase. Charges may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Refunds may be considered in limited situations such as:

• duplicate charges
• accidental multiple payments
• billing errors
• unresolved technical issues caused by the platform
• payment processed after a valid cancellation request

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• unused subscription time
• partially used billing periods
• missed cancellation before renewal
• change-of-mind purchases
• usage already consumed within the active billing cycle

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible with the payment date, amount, and account email used for the subscription. We will review the issue promptly.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund the current active billing period unless the case qualifies under Section 3.

Eligible refund requests are typically reviewed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving all necessary billing details.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
